Alternatively, applicants may complete the application by printing it out, filling it in, and submitting a scanned copy by email. The same application form is also available at the Job Training Center, located at 718 Main Street in Red Bluff. Applicants completing the hard copy application at the Job Training Center should submit their completed application according to the instructions in the Job Announcement for the position they wish to apply for.
