In-Person Appearances

Because the schedule of cases is changing on a daily basis, we cannot notify all of our clients each time there is a change in court schedules.

If you have an upcoming court appearance scheduled, we ask that you look at the Tehama County Website each Friday to view the following week’s schedule.

Phone Appearances

If you have a phone appearance scheduled, please click here to view directions for calling in on the date and time that your case is to be heard.

There is a phone number and code for your case; please note that there are different phone numbers and codes for each department. When searching for your number and code, you will need to know the department your court case was previously set to be heard. Ensure to press the pound key (#) after entering the code.

If you have a restraining order in place it will stay in place until your next court hearing even if the hearing is rescheduled (unless you are otherwise notified).

If you do not have internet access or cannot understand the website directions, please call us at 530-528-0226. It is preferred that you call on the Friday before you are scheduled to appear in court.
