Empower Tehama, in partnership with Tehama County Department of Education and Red Bluff Police Department, has created an educational video geared towards parents on the dangers of Human Trafficking and how to protect our youth in a virtual world. In the video you will learn who the exploiters are, what grooming is, the risks of online gaming and technology & how to begin these tough conversations with children.
